Oh my god, im having gastric again. ): OUCHHHHHHHHH.
Odac as usual with two rounds, and three rounds of circuits and lastly two rounds of recovery walk. i am beginning to hate star jumps and love step-ups. and yes! i think i shed some fats again. :DDD
So, i just drank some milk. but its still painful ):
my fever subsided and headache is getting better. now is the sore throat.
its been three days since my parents went to hongkong. and im so BORREDDDDD! ):
have been staring into spaces for the past one hour. i realised i have been sleeping alot.
my daily routine is like eat and sleep, wake up eat again and sleep again. bored to the max.
saw this on friendster and think it is interesting, maybe true to an extent. (:
